Available for clients located anywhere in Washington State
Session Rate
$150 per session
Payment
Currently cash pay only while in the process of paneling with insurance providers.
Superbills are available for potential insurance reimbursement.
Relationship & Personal Coaching
Coaching is ideal for individuals or couples seeking a more relaxed, goal-oriented dynamic focused on forward movement and clarity.Coaching is unlike therapy in many ways, but it’s important to understand coaching does not include a diagnosis. Therefore, I cannot bill insurance and nothing is stored as a medical record.
Session Details
Available in person in the South Puget Sound area.
Other locations throughout Western Washington may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
In-home sessions are available with travel fees added to the base rate.
Video sessions are available worldwide.

$100 per session
Clinical Supervision
As a Washington State Approved Supervisor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide clinical supervision and consultation rooted in a systemic approach. My practice is guided by anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and feminist values, creating a collaborative space for clinician to consult and grow.
Supervision Options
Individual Supervision
$150 per hour
Dyadic Supervision (2 clinicians)
$200 per hour
Group Supervision (3 or more clinicians)
$250 per hour
